S.L. 433.15 Art. 15Propagation material certified and grown in different countries.

It shall be provided that propagation material obtained directly from basic material certified in a Member State and grown in another Member State, may be certified in the State which produced the basic material if the propagation material has undergone field inspection satisfying the conditions laid down in Schedule I and if official examination has shown that the conditions stated in Schedule II are satisfied.
