S.L. 433.8 Art. 15Marketing restrictions.

Propagation material and fruit trees which comply with the requirements and conditions of these regulations shall be subject to no marketing restrictions as regards suppliers, plant health, growing medium and inspection arrangements, other than those laid down in these regulations.
