Each consignment of embryos authorised for importation into the Community by a Member State of destination on the basis of the control referred to in rule 11 shall, when sent to another

Member State, be accompanied by the original animal health certificate or an authenticated copy thereof, suitably endorsed, in either case, by the competent authority responsible for the control carried out in accordance with rule 11.
