S.L. 437.103 Art. 21General criteria to determine imports from third countries.

(1) Poultry and hatching eggs shall come from countries free from avian influenza and Newcastle disease.

(2) The general criteria for classifying the third country from the point of view of the diseases shall be adopted in accordance with the procedure referred to in the definition "Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health" as provided under rule 2(2).
