S.L. 437.105 Art. 11Additional measures in relation to serious African horse sickness to be taken by the competent authority.

Where the African horse sickness epizootic is exceptionally serious in a particular region, any additional measures to be taken by the competent authority shall be adopted in accordance with the procedure provided in the definition "Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health" in rule 2(2).
