S.L. 437.107 Art. 12Illegal holdings of swine.

(1) The Director shall have the right to enter, without prior notice, any premises where there is the suspicion that any swine is being kept or reared without the appropriate licence.

(2) Any unregistered site where swine are found shall be deemed to be in breach of these rules and the Director may, notwithstanding any other action which may be taken in terms of these rules, act upon such a violation by applying the provisions laid down in rule 22.
