S.L. 437.107 Art. 16Prohibition to collect, transport, swill, waste or by- products.

(1) No person licensed to rear swine shall collect or transport swill, waste, or by-products.

(2) No vehicle used for the collection or transport of swill, waste or by-products shall be kept in any site approved as a swine farm.

(3) The Director may authorise any person licensed to rear swine to collect and transport by-products allowed as feed for swine in accordance with rule 15(2) and (3).
