S.L. 437.107 Art. 18Acquisition of swine.

(1) No licensed fattener or breeder shall acquire swine from anyone other than a holding and subject to such swine’s identification as well as the obtainment of the necessary movement authorisation in accordance with rule 14.

(2) Licensed keepers shall only acquire swine following authorisation to do so after an application for movement of the swine which is upheld by the Director prior to the movement.
