(1) The title of these regulations is the Collection of Data

Concerning Competitions for Equidae Regulations.

(2) The scope of these regulations is to implement the provisions found under European Commission Decision 92/216/ EEC on the collection of data concerning competitions for equidae as referred to in Article 4(2) of Council Directive 90/428/EEC.
