S.L. 437.20 Art. 1Title and scope.

(1) The title of these regulations is the Certificate of Pure-Bred Breeding Pigs, their Semen, Ova and Embryos Regulations.

(2) The scope of these regulations is to implement the provisions found under the European Union Commission Decision 89/503/EEC laying down the certificate of pure-bred breeding pigs, their semen, ova and embryos which in turn finds its legal basis in articles 5 and 6(e) of European Union Council Directive 88/661/ EEC.
