S.L. 437.31 Art. 1Title and scope.

(1) The title of these regulations is the Pure-Bred Breeding Sheep and Goats (Entry in Flock-Books Criteria) Regulations.

(2) The scope of these regulations is to implement the provisions found under European Union Commission Decision 90/ 255/EEC laying down the criteria governing entry in flock-books for pure-bred breeding sheep and goats. This Decision finds its legal basis under European Union Council Directive 89/361/EEC, article 4, second indent.
