S.L. 437.31 Art. 5Criteria laid down under regulation not being kept - animalsofthemale species.

A breeder’s organisation or association keeping a flock-2 book may decide that a male which does not meet the criteria laid down in regulation 2, may be entered in an Schedule to the flock book. The male must meet the following requirements:

(a) be identified after birth in accordance with the flock-book rules;

(b) be judged to conform to the breed standard;

(c) have minimum characteristics as laid down by the flock-book rules;

(d) fulfil the conditions laid down in the Schedule.
