S.L. 437.37 Art. 1Citation and scope.

(1) The title of these regulations is the Particulars found in

Zootechnical Certificates of Semen, Ova and Embryos from Registered Equidae Regulations.

(2) The scope of these regulations is to implement the provisions found under European Union Commission Decision 96/ 79/EEC laying down the zootechnical certificates of semen, ova and embryos from registered equidae. This Decision finds a legal basis under European Union Council Directive 90/427/EEC, article 8(2).
