S.L. 437.38 Art. 15ANIMO. Cap. 437.

(1) The Veterinary Services shall use the computerised system linking veterinary authorities ''ANIMO'', with a view, in particular, to facilitating the exchange of information between the Veterinary Services of the territory of Malta where a health certificate or document accompanying the animals and products of animal origin has been issued and the competent authorities of the Member State of destination.

(2) Details concerning the financial contribution, and those necessary for the implementation of this program, shall be adopted in accordance with requirements of European Community and according to the procedure laid down in article 15 of the Veterinary

Services Act.
