S.L. 437.43 Art. 15Information to applicants. Cap. 451.

(1) The Council shall take the necessary measures to enable any applicants to obtain information on veterinary legislation and on professional ethics existing in Malta.

(2) Applicants may obtain the necessary information from the Malta Qualifications Recognition Information Centre has been established under article 6 of the Mutual Recognition of

Qualifications Act. In the case of establishment in Malta, the Council may require the applicants to contact this Centre.

(3) The Council shall ensure that, where appropriate, the applicants acquire, in their own interest and in that of their clients, the linguistic knowledge necessary for the pursuit of their profession in Malta.
