(1) The title of these rules is the Requirements for the

Determination of Levels of Dioxins and Dioxin-like PCBs in Feedingstuffs Rules.

(2) The scope of these rules is to implement the rules found under European Union Council Directive 2002/70/EC establishing requirements for the determination of dioxins and dioxin-like PCBs in feedingstuffs.
