S.L. 437.60 Art. 1Title, sope and applicability.

(1) The title of these rules is the Animal Health Conditions governing the Movement and Import from Third Countries of Equidae Rules.

(2) The scope of these rules is to implement the rules found under European Union Council Directive 90/426/EEC of the 26th June 1990 on animal health conditions governing the movement and import from third countries of equidae.

(3) These rules lay down animal health conditions for the movement between Malta and Member States and import from third countries of live equidae.
