Before the day of loading for transportation to Malta, the equidae must have remained without interruption in the territory or part of the territory of a third country or, in the event of regionalisation, in the part of the territory defined pursuant to rule 13(2)(i) for a period determined in rule 15. They must come from a holding placed under veterinary supervision.
