S.L. 437.80 Art. 12Derogation from rules 9 and 10.

By way of derogation from rules 9 and 10, the provisions applicable to movements of animals in and from the protection and surveillance zones shall be determined in accordance with the procedure provided in the definition "Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health" under rule 2: Provided that when such decision is adopted, the rules applicable to trade shall be determined in accordance with the same procedure.
