S.L. 437.88 Art. 1Title and scope.

(1) The title of these rules is the Circulation and Use of

Feed Materials Rules.

(2) The scope of these rules is to implement the rules found under European Union Council Directive 96/25/EEC as amended by European Union Commission Directive 98/67/EC, European Union Council Directive 1999/29/EC, European Union Commission Directive 1999/61/EC, European Union Directive 2000/16/EC and European Union Directive 2001/46/EC.

(3) These rules shall apply to the circulation and use of feed materials in Malta.

(4) These rules shall apply without prejudice to other legislative provisions in the field of animal nutrition.
