S.L. 437.94 Art. 14Necessary measures to be takenbycompetent authority.

(1) The competent authority shall take all the necessary measures to keep at least persons established in the protection and surveillance zones informed of the restrictions in force and make all necessary arrangements for the appropriate implementation of those measures.

(2) Where, in a given region, the epizootic in question is exceptionally serious, all the additional measures to be taken in the territory of Malta shall be adopted according to the relevant procedure of the European Community.
