S.L. 437.95 Art. 60Offences and penalties.

The department shall take all necessary administrative measures to ensure conformity with these rules, and shall where applicable apply such penalties prescribed in terms of the Act if any person fails to abide by these rules. Such penalties shall apply without prejudice to any criminal penalties which may be applied in this regard and in pursuance of any infringements committed against the provisions contained in these rules.
