S.L. 437.96 Art. 10Authorised presence of feed additives.

When there exists the authorised presence of coccidiostats and histomonostats as feed additives in non-target feed on levels which result from unavoidable carry-over or cross-contamination and all such necessary precautionary measures have been taken according to these rules, it shall be very unlikely that such presence results in adverse animal health effects and thus the risk to consumers’ health from the ingestion of residues in products from animals exposed to cross-contaminated feed shall be considered as not being in conformity with these rules, and shall also be considered as negligible.
