S.L. 439.19 Art. 9Record keeping.

(1) A registered keeper of a dangerous animal subject to these regulations shall keep records relating to that particular animal on the site wherein the animal is located. Such records shall include:

(a) the origin of the dangerous animal including the name, address and contact details of the person or entity from which the same animal was acquired;

(b) the dangerous animal’s medical history including a list of medication currently administered to it and the veterinarian’s prescription relative to the same;

(c) any document related to the dangerous animal’s importation or transfer.

(2) The Director may issue guidelines on the keeping of the records referred to in sub-regulation (1).
