S.L. 452.133 Art. 12Punishments.

Any person contravening the provisions of these regulations shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction, be liable to a fine of not less than five hundred euro (€500) and not exceeding two thousand and three hundred and twenty-nine euro (€2,329).
