S.L. 452.138 Art. 11Dispute resolution.

If a dispute arises between an employer and an employee regarding the entitlement of miscarriage leave or any other related matter, then either the employer or the employee may refer the matter to the Director General of the Department of Industrial Relations and Employment who shall act as a mediator between the parties. Any mediation conducted in accordance with this regulation is without prejudice to any other remedy in terms of law.
