(1) When the employee is required by the employer to wear a uniform in the performance of his duties, such uniform shall be provided by the employer free of any charge.

(2) Personal protective equipment according to the Minimum

Requirements for the Use of Personal Protective Equipment at Work Regulations shall also be provided free of charge by the employer.
