S.L. 452.62 Art. 4Rate of allowance.

With effect from the first day of January 1994, the allowance payable in terms of paragraph 3 of this Order shall be four euro and sixty-six cents (4.66) per week:

Provided that with respect to the payment to be effected on the last working day of March 1994, the weekly rate shall be four euro and sixty-six cents (4.66) in respect of any whole-time employment on or after the first day of January 1994 and of three euro and forty-nine cents (3.49) with respect to whole-time employment after the last working day of September 1993 but prior to the first day of January 1994.
