The Guarantee Fund (hereinafter referred to as "the Fund")

established by virtue of article 21 of the Act is hereby being endowed with the sum of five hundred and eighty-two thousand and three hundred and forty-three euro and thirty-five cents (582,343.35) which shall be paid out of the Consolidated Fund over a maximum period of five years, at a minimum rate of one hundred and sixteen thousand and four hundred and sixty-eight euro and sixty-seven cents (116,468.67) annually.
