S.L. 452.91 Art. 9Ante-natal examinations.

(1) A pregnant employee shall be entitled to time off without loss of pay or any other benefit, in order to attend ante-natal examinations, if such examinations have to take place during her hours of work.

(2) The employer may request documentation to show the appointment times or attesting to actual attendance for such examinations.
