S.L. 452.96 Art. 8Protection of Information and Consultation representatives.

(1) An employee who is an information and consultation representative, shall enjoy the same protection and guarantees provided for employees’ representative in the Act in the exercise of his functions.

(2) The protection and guarantees referred to in subregulation

(1) shall apply in particular to attendance at meetings and to the entitlement to be permitted to such employee by his employer to take reasonable time off with pay during his working hours in order to perform his functions as such a representative.
