S.L. 454.15 Art. 7Essential requirements.

(1) A measuring instrument shall meet the essential requirements set out in Schedule I and in the relevant instrument-specific Schedules.

(2) For the correct use of the instrument, the information referred to in point 9 of Schedule I or in the relevant instrument-specific Schedules may be provided in at least English and, or Maltese.
