Penalties applicable to infringements by economic operators of the provisions of national law adopted pursuant to these regulations are stipulated in Part VI of Metrology Act.

(2) Certificates issued under the Non-Automatic Weighing Instruments Regulations, 2002 shall be valid under these regulations.
