S.L. 456.1 Art. 8Defence of rights.

Nothing shall prevent any association, organisation or other legal entity, having a legitimate interest in ensuring that the provisions of these regulations are complied with, from engaging itself either on behalf or in support of the complainant, with his or her approval, in any judicial or administrative procedure as is provided for the enforcement of obligations under these regulations.
