S.L. 458.13 Art. 3Conditions for admission.

The training school shall be open to female candidates only, and no candidate shall be admitted to such school unless -

(a) she is not under twenty-one years of age nor over thirty-five years of age;

(b) her name is entered in the general part of the register of nurses kept by the Council for Nurses and Midwives;

(c) she has, for not less than six months after having been so registered, practised as a nurse in a general hospital or in any other institution recognised for this purpose by the said board; and

(d) she has been approved at a selective interview.
