S.L. 458.24 Art. 1Title and scope.

(1) The title of these rules is the Prescription Forms for

Free Medicinals Rules.

(2) The purpose of these rules is to regulate every form to be used by medical practitioners or dental surgeons to issue manual prescriptions, computer generated prescriptions and eprescriptions, for medicinal products or medical aids as provided for under the Social Security Act, as well as medicinal products and medical aids granted to a patient to be discharged from a hospital.
