Repairs:

(i) vulcanite or plastic dentures:

(a) cracks or fractures of a denture ... 1.75

(b) replacing of a loosened tooth or loosened band or wire ................. 1.75

(c) addition of teeth or bands or wire 2.91 Maximum fee for each denture ......... 4.08

(ii) Orthodontic appliances, obturators, splints, radium applicators. Such fee as may be approved by the Medical Council.
