Advertising of homeopathic medicinal products referred to in regulation 10(3) of the Medicines (Marketing Authorisation)

Regulations shall be subject to the provisions of these regulations except regulation 5(1), provided that only the information specified in regulation 13(2) of the Medicinal Products (Labelling and Packaging) Regulations may be used in the advertising of such medicinal products.
