A package leaflet shall be included in the packaging of all medicinal products unless all the information required by regulations 7 and 9 is directly conveyed on the outer or immediate packaging: Provided that the information in the package leaflet may alternatively be displayed and accessed by means of the electronic package leaflet when the medicinal product is procured for the national health service.
