S.L. 464.13 Art. 6Disqualification for membership. Cap. 452.

The following shall be disqualified from being members of a Committee:

(a) Members of the House of Representatives;

(b) the spouses of members;

(c) members of other health care professions regulated by and under the Act; and

(d) officials of a trade union, as defined by the Employment and Industrial Relations Act.
