S.L. 464.17 Art. 14Canvassing.

(1) A practitioner shall not call upon or communicate with any person who is not already a patient of his practice with a view to providing advice or treatment unless he has been expressly requested to do so by the person himself or by another person authorised to do so on his behalf.

(2) A practitioner may, however, on acquiring a practice notify persons whom he is reasonably entitled to assume to be patients of that practice.
