S.L. 464.20 Art. 15Legal and other assistance.

(1) Any party to the proceedings before the

Disciplinary Committee may be assisted by an advocate or legal procurator or other health care professional not subject to any proceedings before the Disciplinary Committee. The health care professional concerned may also be assisted by any other member whose name appears in any Register held by the relevant Council.

(2) Before the commencement of the proceedings, the Chairperson shall bring the provisions of this regulation to the attention of any party to the proceedings appearing before the Disciplinary Committee without any such assistance.
