S.L. 465.3 Art. 12Action levels following microbiological monitoring.

(1) The responsible person must ensure that the actions following microbiological monitoring of hot and cold water systems are in accordance with the procedures laid down in

Schedule 4.

(2) The responsible person shall immediately inform the Superintended of the situation provided for in Schedule 4.

(3) The responsible person shall carry out any further monitoring and remedial actions as may be directed by the Superintendent.

(4) The Superintendent may require the systems or part thereof to be shut down until all necessary remedial actions have been taken by the responsible person and until microbiological sampling results have returned within the recommended acceptable levels in Schedule 4.
