S.L. 465.9 Art. 17Bathing Water Quality Management Committee.

(1) The Superintendent shall appoint a Committee, to be known as the Bathing Water Quality Management Committee, which shall be made up of stakeholders so identified by the

Superintendent to form part of this Committee.

(2) This Committee shall be chaired by the Superintendent or his appointed representative.

(3) The main functions of this Committee shall be to foresee the requirements of the directive for the implementation of bathing water quality management as required by the Directive.
