(1) The title of these regulations is the Eco-Contribution

(Granting of Refunds) Regulations.

(2) These regulations provide measures, procedures and guidance to the Eco-Contribution Act which aim to regulate the granting of refunds in respect of the eco-contribution paid by producers who participated in the recovery of waste during the years 2005 to 2008.
