S.L. 480.5 Art. 18Checks and inspections upon export or re-export.

Any firearms and ammunition belonging to a licensee may upon export or re-export into Malta be subject to checks and inspections carried out by any duly authorized officer of the customs or a police officer in accordance with the provisions of any other law.
