S.L. 483.8 Art. 5Requisites to act as an importing tissue establishment.

Before carrying out any activity, importing tissue establishments shall apply for accreditation, designation, authorisation or licence by:

(a) providing to the Authority the required information and documentation as set out in Schedule I; and

(b) make available and, when requested by the Authority, provide the documentation listed in Schedule III.
