S.L. 499.1 Art. 118Control of landing, loading etc., of explosives at quays.

No explosives shall be landed at, loaded from, brought into or deposited at, any quay, warehouse or other place in the port except at such quay, warehouse or place as the Authority may from time to time and in particular cases direct; and, no explosives shall be landed at, loaded from, brought into or deposited at, any such quay, warehouse or place until the ship or vehicle by which the explosives are to be removed therefrom shall be at the place in readiness to receive such explosives.
