S.L. 499.1 Art. 120Inspection and examination.

Every person in control of any explosive or of any ship or small craft or vehicle containing explosives shall, when so required by the Authority, show all explosives under his control or upon his ship or small craft and shall afford every reasonable facility to enable inspection and examination of such explosives to be made to ascertain whether these regulations are being duly complied with.
