S.L. 499.1 Art. 125Ship’s supervision of handling of explosives.

The loading or unloading of explosives to or from a ship shall be carried out under the supervision of an officer of that ship specially charged with the duty of supervising that operation by the master and he shall be present at all time while that operation is being carried out.
